About the Speaker:

Samuel Rines will be discussing the Houston real estate market and its implications for the moving industry. As the Managing Director at CORBU in Houston, Texas, Rines leverages his global macroeconomics expertise to analyze the intersection of politics and policy, with his PolyMacro research being a key resource for both large family offices and institutional investors. His career includes roles as the Chief Economist and Investment Strategist at Avalon Advisors and a portfolio manager at Chilton Capital Management, where he introduced significant strategies. Starting his career as a cross-asset analyst for a hedge fund, Samuel holds degrees in economics from Georgetown College and the University of New Hampshire, and is the author of “After Normal: Making Sense of the Global Economy.
